Couples counseling involves conversations between romantic partners and Charleen who provides counseling.

We will generally discuss a specific problem or issue that is the reason for counseling, as well as goals for working together. The process involves strategies and learning skills to improve the relationship, such a communication skills, problem-solving skills, and strategies for discussing differences and overcoming problems together.

Mental Health Coaching is for clients that are seeking to prioritize mental wellness goals and create your ideal life! 

Mental Health Coaching is not therapy and does not replace therapy. Coaching does not involve treating mental health diagnoses or conditions. Coaching is available for clients across the U.S. and Japan. 

  • Three (3) Session Package $325 USD / ¥45,000 JPY

  • Six (6) Session Package $650 USD / ¥87,500 JPY 

  • Add-On Session $115 USD / ¥12,500 JPY


  1. You can book a virtual consultation here. We will chat for 15 minutes to get your questions answered and to make sure we're a great fit for one another. You are welcome to ask about my approach, qualifications, values, or anything else you that you feel is relevant for your care. If you're feeling great, we will schedule your first session during this call! I am only offering virtual sessions at this time. 

  2. In your first session (Intake session), I will ask you about your health history, demographics information, and overall information to get to know you better so I can have a better understanding of who you are as a person. We will establish goals for treatment that we want to focus on. 

  3. We’ll maintain sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis. As we go, we’ll assess how the process is moving along and make any necessary changes. Therapy is a collaborative relationship and I want you to feel that you’re getting the most out of it!
